Canadian vs. Taiwanese Risotto
I am so happy that Jessica and Merlinda from Canada to visit BeMyGuest Taipei’s cooking school at Dihua Street in Dadaocheng.
Youfan, is so called Taiwanese Risotto, very similar cooking method to the Italian version. Youfan is a traditional comfort food that is normally offered to the gods and given as a gift to announce a newborn baby.
BeMyGuest Taipei cooking school is located on Dihua Street, the most historic district of Taipei. We offer almost daily Taiwanese cuisine cooking classes.
All cooking classes include a Dadaocheng market and neighborhood stories walk, starting from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm every day except Monday.
